Burkina Faso, literally "Country of Men of integrity", commonly known as Burkina, former Republic of Upper Volta (Haute-Volta), is a western landlocked African country.

The Ivory Coast in western African country gifted with beach resorts, tropical forests and a French colonial heritage. Abidjan, on the Atlantic coast, is the main urban center of the country. Its modern areas are made up of the Pyramid, a concrete edifice that may remind you of a ziggurat. The Saint Paul's cathedral is an angled building tied to a huge cross. In the North of the central business district, the Banco National Park is a tropical forest reserve full of hiking trails. 
Guinea, officially known as the Republic of Guinea, is a western African country. It is sometimes referred to as Guinée Conakry, from its capital city's name, to distinguish it from Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea and New Guinea. Its independence from France was declared in 1958.
Senegal is a western African country gifted with a French colonial heritage and various natural attractions. Its capital city, Dakar, is made up of the ancient Medina and the famous Théodore Monod Museum, exposing African works of art. Dakar is also well known for its night life, focused on the mbalax music, a traditional music from Senegal. Saint Louis, former French West Africa's capital city, houses a colonial structured old town. 
Togo is western African country neighboring Ghana, Benin and Burkina Faso, which has a coast on the Gulf of Guinea. Togo is a member of the United Nations Organization, the African Union and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
